Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Princess and The Frog, we will gladly accept a return within 14 days after you received the items for a complete refund, less shipping cost. No returns, exchanges, or store credit on sale items or special order items. Further, no returns, exchanges, or store credit after 30 days from our ship date. Items must be returned to Princess and The Frog in new, unused condition, in its original packaging and with ALL tags attached.
The following items are not returnable merchandise- handmade, special order and custom items, personalized items, bedding, bathing suits and bath and body products.
When returning an item, you must contact our customer service department via email or telephone for authorization to return the item. Further, you must include the original copy of your sales receipt. If you do not, we will be unable to process your return.
Returns can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase
at PrincessandThe Frog.com.

Credit or shipments will be processed within 14 days after item is received. You will receive notification by email to the email address on file at the time the credit or exchange is processed.
Please note that you should always insure your package and get a tracking number before returning your items. We recommend using UPS to ship your items back to us. You are responsible for any costs associated with shipping your item back to us.
Sales Tax: A sales tax of 6.5% will be charged to all orders shipped within the state of Florida. If your shipment is going outside of Florida we will not charge sales tax.
Shipping: Currently, we ship only within the continental United States via USPS or UPS.
Special Offers: Princess and the Frog will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers. To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process. If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
